Judge Clark Newberry is a key leader in the Eighth Judicial District Court, managing significant administrative duties.

She currently serves as the Presiding Judge over the Civil Division, handling a split calendar of both criminal and civil cases, as well as the Case Reassignment Calendar.

Since her appointment to the bench, Judge Newberry has been named to the 8th Judicial District Court Rules, and Legislative Committees. She was also vital in creating the Med Mal Court and was appointed to the statewide Commission to Study Best Practices for Virtual Advocacy in Nevada’s Courts.
